The year 2024 has become an important milestone for us, filled with both challenges and new opportunities. Despite the difficult conditions of war, we continued to develop our business, working for Ukraine and its future. This year, the third year of the war, has been a time of unyielding resilience and support for our military. In 2024, we continued to strengthen our presence in the Ukrainian market, and together with other businesses, we extended our support to those on the front lines.

Since the beginning of the war, we have endured over 50,000 air raid alarms and witnessed brutal attacks, but despite this, we did not stop.

Today, against the backdrop of the horrific events of the war, we will tell you about how we worked and the projects we implemented.

City of Zhytomyr

A city with a centuries-old history, founded in 884. It is one of the oldest cities in Ukraine. Today, Zhytomyr is home to about 260,000 residents.

At the end of 2023, we signed a partnership agreement with the TEPLOVO store, which specializes in products for underfloor heating systems. Through this collaboration, the store's assortment in 2024 was complemented with stylish and functional solutions from LIVOLO, including thermostats and other modern electrical fittings that combine contemporary design and high functionality.

City of Vinnytsia

A city in west-central Ukraine, founded in 1355. Today, it is a modern administrative and cultural center with a population of about 370,000 residents.

The ElectroSvit store in Vinnytsia, known for its wide range of lighting products, including lamps and chandeliers, also offers switches and sockets from well-known manufacturers. Thanks to our collaboration, customers now have the opportunity to purchase stylish, functional, and comfortable LIVOLO electrical fittings that will make their homes modern and cozy.

City of Kyiv

The capital and largest city of Ukraine, founded in 482. With a population of nearly 3 million, it is the heart of the country that has endured numerous challenges during the war initiated by Russia. Despite the aggressor's plans to "capture the capital in three days," Ukraine has demonstrated its resilience to the world for over 1,000 days. Meanwhile, Russia has irreversibly tarnished its reputation, revealing its true face of imperial weakness, cruelty, and incompetence.

The Koval Decor company in Kyiv specializes in comprehensive home renovations "turnkey." If you are looking for solutions for your new home without unnecessary hassle, the company’s specialists will ensure high-quality results. LIVOLO electrical fittings will become a stylish addition, emphasizing the premium design of your home while adding comfort and functionality.

The SuperSvet store in Kyiv has been our reliable partner for many years. In 2023, it successfully promoted LIVOLO products, leading us to expand our cooperation further.

In 2024, the store received an updated sample display and an expanded product range. Now, SuperSvet customers can find even more LIVOLO products, including thermostats, motion sensors, staircase lights, USB sockets, internet sockets, and furniture sockets.

Our collaboration with SuperSvet is an example of how partnerships drive business development and meet customer needs.

Surprises of War: Shahed-136

Walking around the outskirts of Ukrainian cities, one may sometimes come across the sad "surprises" of modern war. These are fragments of the Iranian kamikaze drone Shahed-136. This device can fly at speeds of up to 500 km/h, carry up to 40 kg of explosives, and has a flight range of up to 1000 km.

Russia regularly launches these drones against peaceful Ukrainian cities, aiming to intimidate civilians. However, instead of fear, the aggressor provokes hatred and anger, highlighting its ruthless nature and inability to achieve objectives on the battlefield.

Shahed-136 has become a symbol of Russia's senseless aggression, which is increasingly losing global support, while Ukraine demonstrates resilience and determination to defend its future.

City of Chernivtsi

A city in western Ukraine, founded in 1408. Today, it is home to approximately 730,000 residents. This city is renowned for its rich history, architecture, and cultural heritage.

Chernivtsi is often called the "Ukrainian Vienna" or "Little Paris" due to its unique architecture combining influences from various cultures and styles.

In Chernivtsi, we began supplying LIVOLO equipment to two stores under the SvitoBud brand, specializing in switches, outlets, underfloor heating systems, lights, and track systems. This is an important step in developing our partner network. Cooperation with such reliable partners creates new opportunities for development and growth.

City of Odesa — Pearl on the Black Sea Coast

A unique Ukrainian city on the Black Sea coast, famous for its history, culture, and unparalleled atmosphere. Founded in 1415, this port city has become an important economic and trade hub of Ukraine. Before the war, our favorite LIVOLO products arrived through the port of Odesa. Today, the city is home to about 1 million people who continue to live and work steadfastly, despite the war.

On March 15, 2024, Russia carried out another shelling of Odesa. When rescuers and medics arrived to assist the injured civilians, Russia struck the same location again, killing civilians. This incident clearly shows that Russia deliberately targets civilian objects, killing people who have nothing to do with military actions.

On March 20, 2024, we held a large-scale event — the presentation of LIVOLO products at the KVARTYRA interior design salon. Over 30 renowned interior designers from Odesa attended the presentation.

City of Sumy

The border regions of Ukraine with Russia are constantly under attack. Cities are being destroyed by explosive aerial bombs, guided bombs, and artillery.

City of Lviv

A major industrial center and transportation hub, considered the heart of Western Ukraine. In terms of population, Lviv ranks fifth in Ukraine, with over 710,000 residents.

Even before the war, one of the largest supermarkets in Ukraine featured the largest showcase with over 250 LIVOLO product samples. Today, we have complemented it with stylish furniture outlets to provide customers with even more comfort during challenging times.

We added another supermarket to our portfolio. Now, LIVOLO products are even more accessible to Lviv residents: our showcase has also appeared in the third-largest supermarket in Lviv.

How Ukrainians and Russians Differ

On March 20, 2024, Kyiv endured a nighttime attack by Kh-101/Kh-555/Kh-55 cruise missiles and ballistic missiles. After such shelling, everyone immediately gets involved: city authorities, emergency services, hundreds of volunteers, and even children. People work together to clear debris, help victims, and support each other.

Now, let's compare this with emergencies in Russia, such as flooding due to dam breaks. Victims appeal to the authorities for help but often receive no support even from state services. Who is to blame for this? The paradox is that the citizens themselves elect this government, which then neglects their needs.

This contrast highlights the differences between Ukrainians and Russians.

Rivne City

A city in western Ukraine. The first mention of Rivne dates back to 1283. Today, its population is about 240 thousand people.

In Rivne, LIVOLO products can now be purchased from our partner — the Pro Electro store.

In 2024, a new electrical and lighting salon, LedRv, opened in Rivne, and we are happy to present LIVOLO products there.

On March 22, 2024, one of the largest missile attacks of the war took place. Russia launched a record number of missiles — 176 units of various types. As a result, dozens of cities were left without electricity, and Ukraine's largest hydroelectric power station, DniproHES, was destroyed.

On April 11, 2024, Russia destroyed the Tripilska power station — the largest power station in Kyiv Oblast. Let this shame be a permanent curse on the heads of the enemies who seek to destroy our lives.

There is a large energy shortage across Ukraine. For about 12 hours a day, we have no electricity. But our hearts are filled with the energy that keeps us from stopping. We continue to work for our customers despite the difficulties we face.

Russian Fake Propaganda

This is a vivid example of lies and manipulation. On April 19, 2024, the city of Dnipro was subjected to a missile strike. We have many friends from this city, so we know exactly where the missiles hit: the first hit a residential building, the second hit a bus station, and the third hit near the train station.

But what does Russian propaganda say? All they spread is lies: they claim that three missiles destroyed trains with weapons and military leadership.

You can't trust Russia. They turn tragedies into propaganda tools, cynically covering up their crimes.

Kyiv City

A new partner — the WellGood design and decor salon — is a place where ideas turn into stylish and comfortable interiors. The company offers a full range of design and interior furnishing services.

A new partner — the Grand Luce lighting salon, where light takes on new forms, and innovative LIVOLO solutions make lighting control a pleasant and convenient process.

Kharkiv City. Tragic Event

On May 25, 2024, Russians destroyed a large supermarket where a LIVOLO exhibition was held. As a result of this barbaric strike, 19 people died, including two children. Another 54 people were injured.

This strike against the civilian population raises many questions. Why did a civilian infrastructure object become a target? Why cause pain to people who have no relation to the war? The answer is clear: Russia once again confirms its status as a terrorist state.

We express our deepest condolences to the families of the deceased and the injured. These events remind us once again how important the struggle for freedom and justice is.

Kyiv City. Another tragic day in the city's history

On July 8, Russian forces launched a massive missile attack on the capital of Ukraine. More than 40 missiles were fired at Kyiv, one of which hit a children's hospital.

As a result of the strike, over 33 people died, including children. More than a hundred people were injured with varying degrees of severity. Civil infrastructure, hospitals, and the lives of civilians once again became the target of terrorist actions.

These horrific crimes further confirm that Russia is a terrorist state. We extend our sincere condolences to all those affected.

The War Beyond Imagination

The war in Ukraine is much larger than it seems at first glance. On this map of the battlefront as of August 2024, you can see the occupied territories of Ukraine:

  • The purple areas represent territories occupied by Russia since 2014.
  • The red areas represent territories occupied between 2022–2024.

The total length of the front line exceeds 3,000 kilometers. Active combat is taking place over more than 970 km.

This war is not only a struggle for territory but also for the freedom, dignity, and future of the entire Ukrainian people.

Ternopil

The city is an important transportation hub in Ukraine, where key automobile and railway routes intersect. Founded in 1540. The population is 225,000 residents.

Since 1998, AmperOK has been successfully operating in the Ukrainian market, offering a wide range of household and industrial electrical goods and lighting. The presence of the LIVOLO brand in the assortment has significantly expanded the choice for connoisseurs of premium electrical accessories. Now your interiors can be even more modern, functional, and stylish thanks to the latest technologies and impeccable design.

Opening of a large supermarket near Kyiv!

Among the variety of electrical accessories, LIVOLO stands out as a true modern accent. On the left — the usual but already tiresome banal accessories, on the right — the brutal classic of external installation. And in the middle — innovative design and technology from LIVOLO.

2024 was a breakthrough year for LIVOLO’s presence in large supermarkets!

We are proud to announce that this year, we have installed more than 20 rotating displays of LIVOLO in large supermarkets across the non-occupied part of Ukraine. LIVOLO products have become even more accessible to customers. Our displays allow buyers to conveniently and quickly assess and purchase premium LIVOLO electrical accessories.

Displays can be found in supermarkets in the following cities:

  • Bila Tserkva
  • Brovary
  • Kamianske
  • Kyiv
  • Krivyi Rih
  • Kropyvnytskyi
  • Lutsk
  • Lviv
  • Rivne
  • Striy
  • Vinnytsia
  • Zaporizhzhia
  • Kamianets-Podilskyi

1 km = 1000 lives

As of December 2024, Russia has occupied approximately 750 square kilometers of Ukrainian land, taking 784,200 lives of its soldiers for this. This means that each square kilometer occupied by Russia cost 1,045 human lives. Every day on the front, Russia loses about 1,600 of its soldiers, and the average lifespan of a soldier on the battlefield is between two weeks and one month.

The photo below vividly illustrates this calculation.

Missile strike with an intercontinental ballistic missile on Ukraine

On November 21, Russia launched an intercontinental ballistic missile. Ukraine became the first country in the world to be targeted by such a weapon. The cost of this missile exceeds 100 million dollars. It is capable of carrying a nuclear warhead.

The strike targeted the city of Dnipro in eastern Ukraine, home to 968,502 people. In Ukraine, we have 9 stores in this city, and each of them continues to operate despite the challenging conditions of war.

P.S. The average cost of one day of war for Russia is approximately 300 million dollars. The total cost of lost Russian equipment in Ukraine is estimated at 80 billion dollars.

The number of people willing to go to war is decreasing

Russia has started recruiting soldiers from North Korea. However, their participation has not brought victory. Now they look like this:

Despite all the difficulties, 2024 has been a year of new achievements and relentless work for us. We have not only continued our operations but also implemented important projects, forged new partnerships, and supported those who are fighting for our freedom. Our commitment to development, even in the toughest times, confirms our resilience and dedication. We believe that every step, every new collaboration, and every realized idea brings us closer to victory and the restoration of peaceful life in Ukraine.
