What could be the problem with fake Livolo switches?
Purchasing cheaper counterfeit Livolo products may seem like a great deal, but you don't know what you're getting for your money. At best, counterfeit products do not work as well as original ones. At worst, they pose a serious threat to your security. Counterfeit switches are not tested to meet safety standards and are often made from poor quality materials. This means that they can ignite themselves or spoil the lighting connected to them.
Tips to avoid buying fake Livolo switches:
1) Avoid buying from unknown sellers. Please remember to contact us for confirmation before purchasing any Livolo switches.
2) The absence of a warranty card is the most obvious sign that the product is fake, counterfeit or illegally imported.
3) Other signs include discolored or blurred ink, unusual layouts or fonts. Beware of low prices. If an ad is advertised at a price far below its normal value or does not include normal purchase taxes, it is most likely a fake.
What to do if you think your device is fake?
1) Stop using the device. Counterfeit devices may catch fire or cause damage.
