The problem occurs due to improper installation of the glass panel. The panel should first be installed on a switch that is not connected to electricity. When power is applied, the switch sets the volumetric sensor responsible for turning on and off. If a panel is installed on a switch without turning off the power, the sensor will not recognize that a panel has been added and will need to be reconfigured.

Solution: Turn off power to the breaker for 20-30 seconds in the indoor electrical distribution panel, then turn on the power and allow the breaker 1 minute to reset.

If the problem persists:

  • Turn off the power to the switch and remove the glass panel.
  • Pull out the touchpad (blue) slightly by 2mm. This will bring the sensor closer to the panel and make it more sensitive.
  • Check the fastening screws of the metal fastening of the switch to the mounting box: they should not be overtightened, and the fastening should not be bent.
  • Install the panel so that it snaps into place on all latches.
  • Turn on the power and allow the breaker 1 minute to reset.
