Our History
In 2014, LIVOLO touch switches first appeared in the Ukrainian market, becoming an important step in the development of smart home solutions.
In 2016, we opened a service center, allowing us to provide professional support from a team of qualified specialists.
In 2018, we actively began building a dealer network, and the first LIVOLO store opened in Kyiv. Thanks to the intensive work of our team, by the end of the year, we expanded our market presence by opening offices in Dnipro, Kharkiv, Lviv, and Odesa.
Since 2019, LIVOLO UKRAINE LLC has been the exclusive representative of the international company Wenzhou Livolo Electric Co., Ltd. in Ukraine. We continue to actively develop the brand in the Ukrainian market, introducing new technologies and improving service based on customer feedback.
In 2021, we began cooperation with national retail chains "Epicenter" and "Nova Linia." Today, our products are presented in 72 shopping centers across Ukraine, making innovative solutions accessible to even more customers.
In 2022, due to the war, our company faced tough challenges. We lost part of our goods in the warehouse in Irpin but did not give up. We continued to work, supporting the Ukrainian economy and our partners, many of whom joined the defense of the country on the front lines.
In 2023, we began restoring the business. Thanks to the support of our partners and customers, we managed to resume supplies, strengthen services, and move forward again.
2025 will be marked by the opening of an innovative showroom in Kyiv – a place where everyone can experience the most modern home automation solutions offered by LIVOLO.
