Orders are shipped from the warehouse in Kyiv.

• Orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped the same day, so they will arrive the next business day.
• Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next day.

Packages are delivered by Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Justin courier services, by courier, or via Uber taxi in Kyiv. The courier service will notify you when the package arrives at the branch.

Delivery usually takes 1-2 days.

The delivery cost depends on the package size and its value.

• In the case of prepayment, it is approximately 80 UAH.
• In the case of payment on delivery: approximately 80 UAH plus a commission fee of 20 UAH + 2%.
• Free delivery if the total order amount exceeds 15,000 UAH.

• Unpacking and checking the goods.

After the parcel is shipped, its tracking number will automatically appear in the delivery service mobile app.

You can also request the tracking number from our support team.

In case of unsuccessful delivery, the courier will make a note and will make another attempt to deliver the parcel the next business day. If the second attempt fails, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest branch for self-pickup.

If you have already placed the order, please contact our support team as soon as possible to update the delivery address. However, changes may be limited depending on the order status.

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our support team before your order is shipped. After shipping, the cancellation will not be possible.

If you receive a damaged package, please contact our support team immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the case.
