Smart Wi-Fi Thermostat LIVOLO — Comfortable Temperature Without Constant Monitoring

The LIVOLO thermostat automatically controls electric underfloor heating and maintains the required temperature. Simply set a comfortable temperature or create a schedule, and the thermostat will automatically switch the heating on and off.

You can control the temperature using the touch buttons or remotely from your smartphone through the LIVOLO HOME app. Check the temperature, change the settings, or adjust the heating schedule even when you are away from home.

How the Thermostat Makes Everyday Life Easier

• A comfortably warm floor at the right time. The heating can switch on automatically before you wake up or return home.
• Lower unnecessary electricity costs. The underfloor heating will not operate continuously when nobody is at home or heating is not required.
• Remote control. The temperature and operating mode can be changed from a smartphone via Wi-Fi.
• Stable temperature without fluctuations. The thermostat automatically switches the heating on when the temperature drops and switches it off when the set temperature is reached.
• Floor or air temperature monitoring. You can use the built-in sensor or external temperature sensors.
• Protection against accidental setting changes. The child lock disables the touch buttons.

Weekly Heating Schedule

The LIVOLO HOME app allows you to configure the temperature separately for each day of the week. Up to six time periods can be set for each day.

For example, the thermostat can:

• warm the floor before you wake up;
• lower the temperature after you leave home;
• switch the heating back on before you return;
• maintain a lower temperature at night.

This schedule provides warmth exactly when it is needed and prevents unnecessary electricity consumption.

Two Heating Control Modes

Thermostatic control. The thermostat compares the actual temperature with the set temperature and automatically switches the underfloor heating on or off. The temperature can be set within a range of 0 to 50 °C.

Cycle control. The heating operates in repeating 30-minute cycles. For example, when the value is set to 15, the system heats the floor for 15 minutes and then switches off for 15 minutes. When the value is set to 10, the heating operates for 10 minutes and remains switched off for 20 minutes.

Cycle mode is useful when you need to limit the operating time of the heating equipment or provide consistent periodic heating.

Accurate Temperature Measurement

The thermostat has a built-in temperature sensor and supports the simultaneous connection of up to two external sensors. In the app, you can select which sensor readings will be used to control the heating.

Supported sensors:

• analogue NTC 10 kΩ sensors at 25 °C, B = 3950;
• DS18B20 digital sensors.

This allows you to monitor not only the room air temperature but also the floor temperature in a specific area. When necessary, the sensor reading can be calibrated within a range of –9 to +9 °C.

Overheating and Frost Protection

The thermostat monitors the safe operation of the heating system. If the external sensor temperature exceeds 65 °C or the built-in sensor temperature exceeds 40 °C, power to the heating system will be switched off automatically.

Frost protection automatically switches the heating on when the temperature falls below 5 °C and switches it off when the temperature rises above 8 °C.

Convenient Use During the Day and at Night

The display brightness in standby mode can be adjusted from 0 to 9. You can reduce the brightness in a bedroom or switch the display backlight off completely so that it does not disturb you at night. When a button is pressed, the screen automatically switches to maximum brightness.

The child lock is activated by pressing and holding the «+» and «–» buttons simultaneously. You can also enable automatic panel locking in the app after 15 seconds of inactivity.
