With an additional hub, the system maintains a stable connection with all devices, ensuring comprehensive and uninterrupted protection. The hub operates under the control of the EC real-time operating system.

EC communication technology

EC is a radio protocol that provides fast and reliable two-way communication between hubs and connected devices. Thanks to this protocol, it is possible to carry out wireless communication at a distance of up to 100 meters, which allows installing smart sockets not only in apartments and private houses, but also in large open spaces, such as warehouse complexes.

The EC is responsible for transmitting the necessary information and provides instant control of any number of LIVOLO light switches in the system. With the help of EC, users can control the lighting and see the current states of the switches in the LIVOLO HOME applications.
