GUARANTEE

All products of the LIVOLO brand sold on livolo.in.ua are covered by the official manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period is 1 year. Warranty and post-warranty service is provided at the LIVOLO service center in Kyiv.

In case of product malfunction or incorrect operation, please contact the Company's hotline at 098 151-51-41 from 9:00 to 18:00, Monday to Friday.

If the product purchased from us malfunctions due to a manufacturer's fault during the warranty period and cannot be repaired at an authorized service center, we will exchange it for an identical item or provide a refund.

THE WARRANTY APPLIES UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS

  • Proper and clear completion of the original warranty card with the indication of the model name, date of sale, and the seller's company stamp on the warranty card and detachable coupons is required for warranty service.
  • The original receipt (invoice) containing the purchase date must also be provided. The supplier reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the above documents are not provided or if the information in them is incomplete, illegible, or conflicting.

THE WARRANTY APPLIES IF THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE ARE OBSERVED

  • It is essential to use the device in accordance with the operating instructions to ensure proper functioning and avoid damage.
  • Adhering to safety rules and requirements is crucial to prevent injury or damage to the device or surrounding environment.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND

  • mechanical damage;
  • failure to comply with operating conditions or erroneous actions by the owner;
  • incorrect installation, transportation;
  • force majeure events (lightning, fire, flood, etc.), as well as other reasons beyond the control of the seller and manufacturer;
  • entry of foreign objects, liquids, insects into the device;
  • repairs or modifications made by unauthorized persons;
  • use of the device for professional purposes (load exceeding the level of household use);
  • connection of the device to power, telecommunications, and cable networks that do not comply with the State Technical Standards;
  • on devices that operate on batteries, if used with inappropriate or expired batteries;
  • on sealed devices in case of damage to the seal.

This warranty is provided by the manufacturer in addition to the consumer rights established by applicable law and does not limit them in any way.


RETURN

If the purchased item does not meet your needs, you have the right to return or exchange it in accordance with Article 9 of the "Consumer Protection Law" within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the return conditions are met.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

  • The deadline of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase must be observed;
  • The equipment must be free of damage or signs of use or installation;
  • The equipment must be in its complete set, with preserved and undamaged packaging, labels, stickers;
  • The presence of a sales receipt or an expenditure invoice, a warranty certificate;
  • The presence of a completed product return form.

According to paragraph 3 of Article 9 of the "Consumer Protection Law" in case of termination of a sales contract, settlements with the consumer are made based on the value of the goods at the time of purchase. The money paid for the goods is returned to the consumer within the time agreed by the parties, but no later than within seven days.

Delivery of goods up to 5 kg is at the expense of the buyer. After submitting a request for repair / return of the product, it is MANDATORY to call us and provide the shipment number (TTN), if it was not indicated when filling out the application. Other shipments cannot be received and forwarded to the Service Center.
