Frequently asked questionsCan I install the switches in a standard 65 junction box?
Yes!!! Livolo switches can be installed in a standard 65 box with a minimum depth of 50 mm. For connection, only a phase wire is required, through which the lighting will be controlled, no neutral wire is required.
What is the center distance for LIVOLO switches?
The distance between LIVOLO switches is a standard 71 mm, so using this distance is a basic requirement when installing the junction boxes.
Can I install LIVOLO switches and sockets vertically?
Answer. Switches and sockets can be installed not only horizontally but also vertically. The mechanism can be installed in only one position, so to install it vertically, the switches and sockets must be turned 90 degrees to the right or left. If you want to install the socket vertically, you only need to turn the metal caliper. The outlet must be pulled out of the metal caliper, the caliper rotated 90 degrees, and the outlet reinserted into the caliper so that the outlet holes are horizontal.
Can I fix the fittings with fixing nails?
Yes!!! The LIVOLO fittings can also be fixed with fixing nails if the mounting box does not have a screw hole.
Is there a crossover switch in LIVOLO?
The LIVOLO family of luminaires does not have a crossover switch, but there is no need for one, as conventional alternative switches also have a crossover function. The lamp can be switched from 3-5 locations.

Do I need a neutral conductor for circuit breakers?
99% of LIVOLO touch switches do not require a neutral wire, however, there are switches that do require a neutral wire for operation. For example, a switch for electric curtain rods, WiFi switches or dry contact switches used in smart homes. If you have any questions about the connection, please contact one of our contacts.
Can I use LIVOLO switches to switch LED light sources?
Yes!!! You can also switch LED light sources from 1W to 1000W with LIVOLO touch switches.
The apartment is already wired, can I install LIVOLO switches?
Yes!!! The wiring requirements for LIVOLO switches are the same as for traditional wiring, so LIVOLO switches can be installed even after the main electrical installation. If you have any questions, please contact one of our contacts.
How long is the warranty for LIVOLO products?
All LIVOLO brand products sold in the livolo.in.ua store are covered by the official manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period is 1 year. Warranty and post-warranty service of products is carried out at the LIVOLO service center in Kyiv.

What should I do if the switch sensor does not function properly?
First of all, check that the following conditions are met:
1. A load, such as a lamp or other appliance, is connected to the circuit breaker.
2. The circuit breaker is connected according to the circuit diagram for a switch or dimmer, or a pass-through switch.
